Open Play Guidelines!

1. Slot Reservation
* All players must request their slot through the Reclub app.
* Slots are given on a first-come, first-served basis, but will only be officially confirmed upon payment.
2. Payment Policy
* A payment-first policy is strictly implemented.
* Once you request a slot, you must send your payment immediately via GCash: 09498168973 (SHEINA M.)
* Slot confirmation is dependent on completed payment — unpaid slots may be given to other players.
* Players must upload their proof of payment (receipt) in the meet’s chat box for verification.
* Only players with verified payments will be included in the final list of participants.
* The participation fee comes with exciting freebies, so make sure to secure your slot early!

Cancellation Policy
* Cancellations are only valid if made at least one (1) day before the scheduled meet.
* If a player cancels hours prior to the meet due to unforeseen reasons, the slot will be considered non-refundable.
* No-shows will automatically forfeit their slot and payment.
