練咗好多波 點解一到實戰就用唔返？
平日練 dink、volley、正反手都打得到，但一進入對打，就不知道何時應用、打向哪裡，甚至不敢出手？
問題未必是你不夠努力，而是練習與實戰之間少了「理解與應用」的一步。💡
這堂實戰導向技術訓練，會帶你練習：
🏓 Dink 與網前短球控制
⚡ Volley／截擊反應
🎯 落點選擇與控球
💪 正手、反手與發球／開波
⚔️ 情境 drills 與條件對打
每一項訓練都會盡量貼近比賽，讓你知道為甚麼練、何時用、如何在實戰中用得出。你亦可即場向教練提出個人技術問題，獲得具體改善方向。🙌

💰 費用：$250 / 2hr
⚠️ 注意事項 / Important Notes:
* 每節最少 4 人成團；若人數不足，活動將會取消。
Each session requires a minimum of 4 players. The session will be canceled if there are fewer than 4 participants.
* 滿 4 人成團後，Host 才會傳送付款連結予你。
