To keep things fair and organized, please follow these steps to finalize your entry:

1️⃣ Request Entry
Submit a request to get started and be added on the waitlist.

2️⃣ Make Payment
Once added on the Waitlist, upload your proof of payment on the Payment Tab.

3️⃣ Confirmed Participants
Only paid participants will be marked as CONFIRMED.
Payments are non-refundable within 12 hours before the start time.

🚶🚶 Walk-ins
People may try their luck if slots are still available on the day of the Open Play.


IMPORTANT NOTE ‼️
Strictly limited to 42 players to ensure fair court time. Payments received once slots are full will be refunded.

By joining the Open Play, you agree with the following:

1. I accept the CSA Biñan Alumni Pickleball Club Waiver Policy
✔️ I understand the risks associated with participating in pickleball activities and voluntarily assume full responsibility for my participation.

2. I accept the Registration, Cancellation & Refund Policy
✔️ Registration fees are non-refundable. Requests for rescheduling or slot transfers are subject to the organizer's approval and must be made before the registration deadline.

3. I understand the Convenience Fee Policy
✔️ Any convenience or platform fee charged during checkout is non-refundable, regardless of cancellation or non-attendance.

4. I agree to the Club Code of Conduct
✔️ I will respect fellow players, organizers, officials, and facilities. Unsportsmanlike behavior may result in sanctions or suspension from future club activities.

5. I consent to Photo & Video Use
✔️ I authorize the CSA Biñan Alumni Pickleball Club to use photos and videos taken during club activities for promotional, marketing, and documentation purposes.
