OPEN PLAY RULES & GUIDELINES

Our goal is to make every Open Play session organized, efficient, fair, and enjoyable for everyone.

Please read and strictly follow the rules below.

1. PLAYER LIMIT & ATTENDANCE

* Maximum of 30 players per session.
* Reclub registration and payment are required to secure your slot.
* Only registered and confirmed players may attend. No walk-ins or unregistered players are allowed unless an available slot is officially approved by the organizer and the replacement player has completed registration.
* If you can no longer attend, please inform the organizer at least 1–2 hours before Open Play so your slot can be transferred to another player.
* Please avoid no-shows and respect other players who may want to take your slot.

2. PAYMENT POLICY

* Payment must be completed to confirm your reservation.
* Unpaid registrations are not guaranteed a slot.
* Send your proof of payment to the assigned IPC admin.
* Please register and pay only if you are sure you can attend.

NO CANCELLATION. NO REFUND.

All payments are non-refundable once paid, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

SLOT TRANSFER IS ALLOWED.

* If you can no longer attend, you may sell or transfer your slot to another player, subject to the organizer’s approval.
* The replacement player must be registered and confirmed by the IPC admin before attending.
* Please notify the organizer at least 1–2 hours before Open Play to arrange the transfer.
* Unauthorized slot transfers are not allowed.

This policy helps prevent booking issues and ensures accurate attendance and payment monitoring.

3. SCORING SYSTEM

* Games are played up to 11 points.
* Follow the assigned court rotation and organizer’s instructions.
* Be respectful and courteous to all players throughout the session.

4. COURT ROTATION & FAIR PLAY

* Follow the assigned court and rotation system.
* Do not occupy a court beyond your assigned turn.
* Be considerate of players waiting to play.
* Court assignments may be adjusted based on skill levels and the number of registered participants.

By registering for an IPC Open Play session, you acknowledge and agree to follow these rules and respect the organizers and fellow players.
