⚠️ PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

➡ Full payment in advance

➡ Participants may request to cancel and receive a refund up to 72 hours before the scheduled session.

➡ Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session, no-shows, or failure to attend will be considered non-refundable, as court fees and other arrangements have already been committed.

➡ If you are unable to attend, please inform us as early as possible. Your slot may be transferred to another player with prior approval.

🌦️ WEATHER & UNFORESEEN CONDITIONS

• If the session is cancelled by the organizers due to unsafe weather or court conditions, participants will be offered a refund or rescheduling option, depending on the circumstances.

• If the session proceeds as scheduled and a participant chooses not to attend due to weather concerns, the regular cancellation policy will apply.

• Weather-related decisions will be made with player safety as the priority, while also considering that court reservations and fees are paid in advance.

⚠️ SAFETY & PARTICIPANT REMINDERS

By joining this event, participants acknowledge that pickleball involves physical activity and inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, muscle strains, and other injuries.

Participation is voluntary and at the participant's own risk.
Participants are encouraged to warm up properly, stay hydrated, and wear appropriate sports attire and court shoes.

A basic first-aid kit will be available at the venue for minor injuries.

Participants should immediately inform the organizers of any injury, medical concern, or unsafe court condition.
Participants are responsible for informing the organizers of any existing physical limitations or conditions that may affect their participation.

The organizers and venue shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, loss, or damage to personal belongings occurring before, during, or after the session, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
