PCKLD. MONDAY CASUAL OPEN PLAY!! 🥒 7PM-11PM (4HRS) | BEGINNERS to LOW INTERMEDIATE ONLY!!!

🚨 How to Register 🚨

✅ RSVP on Reclub: Request to join the game directly through our Reclub Activity Page.

‼️ Important Note: If you prefer registering directly on Sports360, please do not register on Reclub too and vice versa to avoid duplication.

✅ Pay via GCash: Send your payment to secure your official slot:

GCash Name: JO*N FR****S L.
Phone Number: 09661475675

✅ Send Proof of Payment: Send your payment receipt by messaging the host.

🚨 How This Works & Game Day Flow 🚨

‼️First-Come, First-Served: Players who have paid and sent their receipt first will be moved from the Reclub waitlist to the Confirmed Players list until maximum capacity is reached. Unpaid players remain on the waitlist.

‼️On-Site Management (Sports360): While we use Reclub to manage our bookings and headcounts, Sports360 is our official system used on-site to run games, queues, and court rotations.

‼️Our Transfer Process: Once you are confirmed on Reclub, your registration is automatically transferred into our Sports360 system ahead of game time. If you have an existing Sports360 account, please send us your gmail together with your proof of payment.

‼️ Upon Arrival: Simply check in at the reception when you arrive so we can verify your Reclub status, load you into Sports360, and assign your starting court!

❌ CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY
Players can cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled game and choose another available open play schedule within 15 days. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the game and no-shows will forfeit the player's payment.

If you require any assistance with registering or have any questions/concerns, just send us a message. See you soon!!
