• If full, payment will be applied to a future session

• No refunds for cancellations
• No refunds if slots are full, but funds can be used for future session.
•NO REFUNDS if the player cannot attend due to rain, bad weather, or personal circumstances.
• If you are unable to attend, you may find a replacement player.
• If you can’t attend, you may find a replacement
