# Open Play Format

## 🎾 First Round — Free Play

* Everyone chooses their own partner.
* Enjoy casual games and get warmed up before the stacking phase.

🏆 App stacking

After the Free Play round, players will be grouped using the Winner & Loser app System.

🟦 Winning players return to the Winners Stack.
🟥 Losing players return to the Losers Stack.
* Before each new game, partners will be formed from the corresponding stack.
* Partners are **not fixed** and will rotate naturally based on the Winner or Loser Stack after every match.

No refunds.
* If you are unable to attend, you are responsible for finding a replacement player.
* Please inform the hosts once your replacement has been arranged.

BROWNOUT / POWER INTERRUPTION POLICY

In case of a brownout or unexpected power interruption, the decision to **continue or stop the games will be based on the majority of the players.

If the majority decides to continue playing and you choose to leave, your entrance fee will be considered used/void and will no longer be eligible for a refund or rescheduling

By joining the Open Play, all participants acknowledge and agree to this policy.
