📌 IMPORTANT REMINDERS

• PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR SLOT. No payment means no slot and no play.

• No refunds or rescheduling unless announced or approved by the organizer. Payment is valid only for the Open Play date you registered for.

• If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer or sell your slot to another player. Please inform us through the chat so we can update the list.

• STRICTLY NO WALK-INS. Only players who have completed payment and are on the CONFIRMED list will be allowed to join.

• LIMITED SLOTS ONLY. We keep the player count manageable so everyone gets a good amount of playing time and doesn’t have to wait too long between games.
