📢 This is a guided drill session with minimum coaching, meaning you must already know the basic rules and strokes to attend.

1. Serve and Return Drill - 20min
2. Dink - 20 min
3. Game play apply learning - 10min

Key Session Requirements
✅ Guided Structure: Drills are organized and provided for you.
✅ Minimum Coaching: No active instruction or mechanical feedback is given.
✅ Basic Skills Needed: You must be able to sustain a basic rally.

▶️ Purposes of Drilling
✅ Build Consistency: Repeat the same stroke hundreds of times to hit target zones reliably.Isolate Weaknesses: Target specific trouble areas like backhand dinks or deep serves without score pressure.
✅ Increase Repetitions: Get more quality touches in 20 minutes of drilling than in 3 hours of regular games.
✅ Develop Soft Touch: Learn to control ball pace and master soft mechanics for dinks and resets.
✅ Improve Footwork: Practice court coverage, split-steps, and transition movements safely.
