📌 Cancellation Policy

🏓 Cancellation 24 hours or more before Open Play: Players may reschedule to the next available Open Play or find a replacement.
🏓 Cancellation less than 24 hours before Open Play: Players must find a replacement. If no replacement is found, the slot and payment will be forfeited.
🏓 No Refunds: All Open Play registrations are strictly non-refundable. No cash refunds will be issued.
🏓 No-Show: Failure to inform the organizer and not attending the Open Play will result in forfeiture of the slot and payment.
