💳 PAYMENT TO SECURE YOUR SLOT
To keep our slots organized and avoid last-minute no-shows, all requests will be placed on the waitlist until payment is received and verified. 😊

Slots are confirmed on a first-paid, first-served basis, so we encourage everyone to pay early to secure their preferred schedule. Walk-ins are welcome if slots are still available.

⏰ COME EARLY & STRETCH
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before playtime to warm up and stretch. Let's prepare our bodies before hitting the court! 💪

🤝 RESPECT EVERYONE
We all have different skill levels and reasons for playing. Some are here to improve, while others simply want to relax and have fun. ❤️

Let's respect everyone's pace and give unsolicited advice only when welcomed. If someone wants tips, let them ask. A little kindness goes a long way!

😊 ENJOY THE GAME, ENJOY THE COMMUNITY!
Let's keep the court friendly, welcoming, and fun for everyone. Play fair, encourage one another, and make every game a good experience! 🏓❤️

🚫 NO CANCELLATIONS / NO REFUNDS
Once paid, your slot is considered final. If you can't make it, you may transfer your slot to another player.

❗ NO-SHOW = SLOT FORFEITED
Please inform us if you can't attend and arrange your replacement when possible.

⚠️ PLAY AT YOUR OWN PACE & RISK
Know your limits, stay hydrated, and take care of yourself and others on court.

🏓 PAY → CONFIRM → PLAY!
