Welcome to Paddle Paws Special Open Play for Kids and Adults!

FIXED TANDEM FORMAT

🐾 There will be a total of 10 teams and each team consists of 1 kid (6 to 13 years old) + 1 adult.
🏓 Partners stay together throughout the session.
🥎 Play as a team, support each other and enjoy every rally!

Location: Nomads Pickleball
Date: November 8, 2026 (Sunday)
Time: 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM (4 hours)
Court Detail: Courts 1 and 2
Open to All Levels (Beginner Friendly)

RESERVATION PROCESS:
1. Request to join and wait to be waitlisted
2. Don't pay unless you're waitlisted (applies to +1)
3. Once waitlisted, please pay via Gcash/Maribank (First come-first serve, incase of multiple waitlisted)
4. Send proof of payment in the meet chat
5. Wait for host/s to confirm your paid slot/s
6. See you on court!

GAME MECHANICS

1. Follow standard pickleball rules unless the organizer announces house rules.
2. Games are played in doubles format: two tandems per court.
3. Call the score clearly before serving.
4. The organizer makes the final call on scheduling and court assignments.

THE DO'S

💚 Encourage and support your partner.
🙌 Let kids participate, make decisions and learn.
🗣️ Communicate clearly: "Mine," " Yours," or " Good shot!"
😊 Celebrate effort, improvement and good sportsmanship.

THE DONT'S

🚫 No adults taking every shot or controlling every decision.
🚫 No intentionally overpowering or intimidating younger players
🚫 No unsportsmanlike behavior or excessive competitiveness.

SPECIAL REMINDERS FOR ADULTS

1. Be a partner, not just a coach.
2. Give kids room to play, learn and make mistakes.
3. Keep shots and pace appropriate for the younger player's ability.
4. Prioritize safety, confidence and enjoyment over winning.
5. Step in to help only when needed and keep encouragement positive.

SPECIAL REMINDERS FOR KIDS

1. Listen to your partner and the organizer.
2. Respect every player, regardless of skill level.
3. Remember: mistakes are part of learning.
4. Always tell your adult partner or the organizer if you feel uncomfortable or need a break.
