🚨OPEN PLAY GUIDELINES🚨

Objective: Maximize Playing Time and Ensure Fairness Throughout the Session

1. ARRIVE 5-10 MINUTES BEFORE THE SCHEDULED TIME
Players are expected to be at the venue early and ready to play when the session starts.
2. NO DINKING WARM-UP AFTER COMPLETING 2 games.
Once a player has completed two games, avoid dinking warm-up sessions to give other players more opportunities to play.
3. MONITOR THE MATCH AND QUEUE THROUGH THE PICKLEQ LINK
The PickleQ Link will be posted in the chat once the sessions starts.
Players are encouraged to regularly check the PickleQ queue so they are aware of their upcoming turn and can be ready when called.
4. FOLLOW THE PICKLEQ GENERATED MATCHUPS
No custom matchups. The matchups generated by PickleQ will be followed to maintain a fair and organized rotation.
5. NO FIXED PAIRINGS
Players should rotate partners throughout the session. Fixed pairings are not allowed so everyone gets the opportunity to play with different players.
6. BE READY WHEN YOUR TURN COMES
Once your name appears in the queue, be prepared to enter the court immediately to minimize downtime between games.
7. KEEP TRANSITIONS QUICK
After each game, clear the court promptly and allow the next group to start without unnecessary delays.

Let’s keep the rotation moving so everyone gets more court time and a fair opportunity to play.
