How to Confirm a Slot:
Request to join ➝ Once added to the waitlist, pay and upload your receipt ➝ Get accepted (marked as Confirmed)

Guidelines:

• Payment is required to secure a slot.

• No-show = no refund.

• Replacements are allowed:

◦ Waitlisted players are prioritized (please inform the admin first); OR

◦ You may arrange your own replacement if there are no players on the waitlist.

Paid players on the waitlist will be refunded by 5:00 PM on Open Play day if no slots become available.

Payment cutoff is 24 hours before the scheduled Open Play. Any payments made after this time are non-refundable.
