🚩 Important Note

Alcohol consumption is at the participant’s own risk. The Host shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or damage arising from alcohol consumption.

In the event of vomiting within the venue, a cleaning fee of RM100 will be imposed on the participant involved.

Players who do not notify us of their absence and are missing in action (MIA) may not be welcomed back to future sessions.

• No disruptive, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour.
• Do not move or misuse Pickle Friends’ equipment or furniture without permission.
• No unsafe actions that could harm yourself or others.
• No inappropriate conduct toward any participant.
• Do not leave trash behind — keep the space clean.
• If you feel unwell, please rest and avoid attending.
• Avoid any behaviour that could affect your safety, judgment, or ability to play responsibly.
• Do not pressure others into doing anything they’re uncomfortable with.
• Anyone showing signs of unsafe or irresponsible behaviour may be asked to sit out or leave for safety reasons.

✔ General Wellbeing Notes

• Stay within your own comfort limits throughout the session.
• Pace yourself and listen to your body — take breaks whenever needed.
• If you start feeling unwell, please inform the organisers or step aside to rest.
• Make responsible choices and keep your own wellbeing in mind at all times.
• Be aware of your surroundings and look out for one another.
• Ensure you have a safe way home after the event.
