Weather and Rain Check Policy

A Rain Check Voucher may be issued only when the pickleball court is officially declared unsafe or unplayable by Vimara Sports Center due to rain or other weather conditions.

Players who have not yet started playing, or whose play was stopped shortly after starting, may receive a Rain Check Voucher.

Players who have already completed a reasonable amount of play before the court closure will no longer be eligible for a Rain Check Voucher.

Once a player accepts a Rain Check Voucher, their Open Play access for that day is considered ended. The player must leave the facility and may no longer use the badminton courts, table tennis tables, or any other Vimara facilities under the same payment.

Players who choose to continue using any other Vimara facility after pickleball play is suspended will no longer be eligible for a Rain Check Voucher.

The issuance of Rain Check Vouchers will be determined by Vimara Sports Center staff based on the actual playing time, facility usage, and court conditions.

Rain Check Vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, subject to slot availability.

Waitlist

When a session is full, you may remain on the Waitlist.

You will be confirmed once a slot becomes available and your payment has been verified.

While waiting, your Open Play fee also gives you access to badminton and table tennis, subject to court and table availability.

Being on the Waitlist does not guarantee a pickleball slot.

Before Leaving

Please inform the Front Desk before leaving so your slot can be opened for the next paid player on the Waitlist.
