HOW TO JOIN

1. Request to join on ReClub.
2. Wait until you’re WAITLISTED before paying.
3. Pay to secure your slot.
4. Upload your receipt in the PAYMENT TAB.
• For +1 payments, send the receipt in the specific session’s CHAT TAB.
5. Wait for verification and confirmation.

🎯 GAME FORMAT

If 2–3 courts are used:
• Balanced using ⭐ Skill Ratings
• ORO PICKLE manages the player rotation

If only 1 court is used:
• Manual paddle stacking will be used

For all games:
• 2-minute warm-up/volley during the first rotation only
• Once everyone has played, no more warm-up to maximize playing time
• Games to 11, win by 2
• Switch sides at 6

⚠️ CANCELLATION POLICY

• Confirmed payments are non-refundable.
• Payments made without an available/waitlisted slot are also non-refundable.
• If ORO PICKLE cancels before play due to an emergency, power outage, or court unavailability, a full refund will be issued.
• Can’t attend? You may transfer your slot to another player—just inform the host or ORO PICKLE staff first.
