1st TLPC CLUB CLASH MINI TOURNAMENT

🏓🔥 TLPC CLUB TOURNAMENT IS COMING! 🔥🏓

Hey, TLPC Fam! 👋

It’s time to bring the friendly competition to the next level! 😎

We’re excited to announce our 1st Tanauan Leyte Pickleball Club Mini Tournament — an exclusive tournament for TLPC members only! 🏆

📅 October 11, 2026 (Sunday)
📍 EVSU Tanauan Campus
⏰ 8:00 AM onwards

And here’s how we’re going to build our 24 teams / 48 players 👇

🎟️ STEP 1 — SECURE YOUR SLOT

We will open registration here on ReClub and accept the FIRST 48 PLAYERS who successfully sign up.

⚠️ 48 SLOTS ONLY!

Once we hit 48 players, registration for the initial slots will be closed.

⭐ STEP 2 — PLAYER RATING

After all 48 slots are filled, we’ll determine each player's 2⭐ or 3⭐ rating.

This will help us create balanced and competitive teams for the tournament.

🎡 STEP 3 — LET THE WHEEL DECIDE!

Once ratings are finalized, we'll use two Wheels of Names to randomize the teams:

🎡 Wheel #1 — 2⭐ Players
🎡 Wheel #2 — 3⭐ Players

This means you won't be choosing your partner — the wheel will do the work! 😂🔥

The goal is to randomly pair players and create 24 teams of 2, giving everyone a fair and exciting shot at the competition.

📝 STEP 4 — OFFICIAL TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION

Once the teams have been randomized, we'll release the official TLPC Club Tournament Registration Form.

You'll then register your assigned team and complete the necessary tournament details.
