Designed as the natural progression from Step 1, this class helps players strengthen their consistency, improve movement, and develop the tactical skills needed for real-game situations.

The course is intended for players who already understand the basic rules and strokes of pickleball and are ready to build confidence through purposeful drills, decision-making, and guided match play. By the end of the course, players should be prepared to play recreationally at approximately the 2.5–3.0 level.

Following the Arise Academy coaching philosophy, the class emphasizes developing self-correcting players through clear instruction, guided repetition, and practical game application. Coaches should continue using the Arise coaching frameworks of Safety, Fun, Flexibility, the E.T.A. Framework (Explain, Try, Assess), and the P.P.S. Protocol (Placement, Power, Spin) while introducing more advanced movement, shot selection, transitions, court positioning, and strategic play.
