A) RULES

🎾 Tennis Open Play Rules

1. Match Format

Games are played from 1–4

At 3–3, tie break 1-7

2nd Deuce = Sudden Death Point

2. Warm-Up

Players are allowed 3 minutes of warm-up before each match.


3. Match Rotation

The first half of the total players will play approximately 3 matches, depending on attendance and time availability.



4. Late Arrival

Players arriving 2 hours late may only be allowed to play 2 matches maximum, depending on the remaining time and court availability.



5. Sportsmanship

Players are expected to make fair line calls and maintain good sportsmanship throughout the event.

All scoring is self-officiated and done at your own risk. Please be honest when calling and keeping score.



B) PAYMENT

💰 Open Play Fee: ₱ 400 per player

✅ Payment must be settled before the event.

❌ No refunds.

❌ Failure to attend without prior notice does not waive the payment obligation. Players who are unable to attend are still required to pay their Open Play fee.

✅ Players who miss an Open Play but have settled their payment may still join future Open Play sessions.

📩 Please send your payment receipt for verification.


C) ADVICE

📌 Please join only if you are sure of your availability.

📌 Arrive on time to maximize your playing time and avoid missing matches.

📌 Stay hydrated and bring your own water, towel, and tennis equipment.

📌 Respect fellow players, organizers, and court rules.

📌 Most importantly, have fun, meet new players, and enjoy the game! 🎾😊
