Designed for Intermediate to Advanced players seeking competitive matchups, quality court time, and high-level games.

👋 FOR FIRST-TIME PLAYERS
As this is an Intermediate - Advanced Open Play, first-time players will be screened to help
maintain balanced and competitive games for everyone.

To be eligible, players must meet at least one of the following DUPR requirements:

🔹 DUPR 3.0+ with a minimum of 50% reliability

✅ If you meet the requirements above, you may proceed to request a slot and be placed on the waitlist.

However, if you know any of our club players who can vouch for you, feel free to let us know. We can also take that into consideration

RallyPoint Facility Fee:
A separate ₱60 facility fee per player will be collected upon entry at the registration area.

⚠️ If the meet is FULL, please DO NOT PAY while on the waitlist.

💸 PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
• Pay before play.
• Confirmed slots are considered reserved upon payment.
• Registration fees are non-refundable.
• If you can no longer attend, you may transfer or sell your slot to another eligible player, subject to organizer approval.
• Confirmed slots are valid only for the registered event date and cannot be transferred or credited to a future Open Play.

🤝 Player Etiquette & Sportsmanship 🤝

To ensure a fun, competitive, and respectful environment, all Intermediate & Advanced players are expected to be familiar with the basic rules of pickleball, scoring, court rotation, and stacking.

We encourage everyone to:

* Practice good sportsmanship, honesty, and fair play at all times.
* Treat fellow players, organizers, and facility staff with respect.
* Inform your opponents if you plan to record your games. Please ask for their permission before posting videos or photos on social media. We kindly ask everyone to respect each other’s privacy, a “No” should always be respected.
* Say “Sorry” if you accidentally hit an opponent with the ball (body bag).
* Observe proper court rotation and avoid skipping the queue.
* Avoid moving another player’s paddle or personal belongings without permission.

Let’s help create a positive pickleball community by showing respect, courtesy, and consideration for everyone on and off the court.

PACE Picklers and its organizers shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, loss, or damage that may occur before, during, or after the event.

Participants are encouraged to consult their physician before engaging in any strenuous physical activity.
