How to reserve a spot?
1) Send request to join
2) upload Screenshot of payment
3) slot confirmed after admin verification

cancellation & refund
-no refunds after confirmation
-you may transfer slot to a waitlisted or substitute player handle refund directly
-inform admin at least 8 hours before the game
-replacement player require admin approval
-if your slot is not filled, the fee goes to the club fund.
