6PM-10M OPEN PLAY

Reclub OP Joining Rules: Do not pay upon acceptance—wait until all slots are full; if the 10-player quota is not met, the event is automatically cancelled.

Slots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

. Payment Timing (Strict Policy)

* Do NOT pay immediately upon acceptance.
* Wait until all event slots are 100% full.
* Once the session is fully filled, the organizer will announce/send a notification via Reclub triggering the payment window.

Payment Window & Confirmation
* Once all slots are filled, players have to submit their payment and upload/send proof of payment.

* Failure to complete payment within 5hrs before the Game time will result in losing your spot, and the slot will be passed to the waitlist.

Waitlist Policy
* If all regular slots are taken, join the Reclub Waitlist.
* If a spot opens up, the next person on the waitlist will be moved to accepted status and notified regarding payment instructions.

. Refunds & Cancellations
* Cancellations made after payment will only be refunded if a replacement player from the waitlist fills the vacated slot.
