📌 These labels are KMA 𝗦𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗚𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗣𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗚𝗨𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗦 only. They are 𝗡𝗢𝗧 official DUPR skill classifications. Actual playing ability may differ from a player's current DUPR rating.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
📊 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗬𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗢𝗢𝗟𝗦
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

With 22 players on 2 courts, KMA will organize players into 3 to 4 playing pools of adjacent levels, based on:

🏓 Current DUPR rating
🏓 Assessed skill level
🏓 Attendance
🏓 Actual match performance
🏓 Match balance

Adjacent levels may be combined to keep games balanced and continuous. For example, a 2.40 player may play with suitable 2.50 players, and a 3.40 player may play with suitable 3.50 players.

⚡ 𝗡𝗥 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗬𝗘𝗥𝗦
NR players start in a pool based on their declared and organizer-assessed level and will not automatically be placed against significantly stronger players. Organizers may move NR players into a more suitable pool as their level becomes clearer. Eligible completed matches will be submitted to DUPR and may help establish their rating.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
🏆 𝗚𝗔𝗠𝗘 𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗧 & 𝗥𝗨𝗟𝗘𝗦
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

🏓 Doubles, DUPR-designated matches
🏓 Standard side-out scoring
🏓 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧 𝗧𝗢 𝟭𝟭 𝗣𝗢𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗦
🏓 𝗪𝗜𝗡 𝗕𝗬 𝟭 / 𝗡𝗢 𝗗𝗘𝗨𝗖𝗘 (at 10–10, the next team to reach 11 wins)
🏓 [USA Pickleball] rules apply unless stated otherwise in this post.

𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘 𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗦
✅ Each team calls the lines on its own side of the court.
✅ If you are unsure whether a ball was out, it is IN.
✅ Respect your opponents' calls on their side.

𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗜𝗕𝗟𝗘 𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗦
A match is eligible for DUPR submission when it is completed to 11, all four players are DUPR-verified, and the score is confirmed by both teams.

🏓 Once a designated match begins, its completed result becomes part of the session record. Players may not exclude a completed match because of the result.
🏓 Matches that cannot be completed (injury, weather, time, or venue issues) will NOT be submitted to DUPR.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
🔄 𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗧 𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 & 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗬𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

KMA uses an 𝗢𝗥𝗚𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗭𝗘𝗥-𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗗 𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡.

✅ The organizer assigns players, partners, opponents, and courts.
✅ After every completed match, 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗙𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗬𝗘𝗥𝗦 rotate out.
✅ Players with the fewest games played get priority for the next court.
✅ Partners and opponents rotate whenever practical.
✅ Court warm-up is limited to about 2 minutes.
✅ Players who are not at their assigned court within [2 minutes] of being called may be replaced in that matchup.

🚫 No winner-stays system.
🚫 Players may not create or rearrange their own DUPR matchups without organizer approval.

⏱️ 𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗗 𝗚𝗔𝗠𝗘𝗦: With 22 players, 2 courts, and side-out games to 11, expect roughly 4 to 5 games per player. The exact number is 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗚𝗨𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗘𝗗 and depends on match length, attendance, late arrivals, and pool sizes.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
📊 𝗔𝗙𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬 𝗚𝗔𝗠𝗘
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

2️⃣ At least 𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗬𝗘𝗥 𝗙𝗥𝗢𝗠 𝗘𝗔𝗖𝗛 𝗧𝗘𝗔𝗠 goes immediately to the organizer or score recorder.
3️⃣ Report the winning team, the final score, and the court number.
Example: 🏆 Team A won | 🔢 11–7 | Court 1
4️⃣ The opposing team representative confirms the result.

⚠️ 𝗗𝗢 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗩𝗘 𝗔 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗧𝗘𝗗 𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗖𝗛 𝗨𝗡𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗘𝗗. You cannot be called to your next match until your previous result is recorded.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
⚠️ 𝗦𝗖𝗢𝗥𝗘 𝗗𝗜𝗦𝗣𝗨𝗧𝗘𝗦
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

🚫 A disputed result will 𝗡𝗢𝗧 be finalized until the discrepancy is resolved.
