Deadline for payment is Friday NOON 12 pm. We will move participants who have not secured their spot to the waitlist by noon on the day of Play. If you are paying in cash, you have to confirm via chat by noon of the same day.

Paddle Stacking/Rotation System in effect. PLEASE PUT YOUR NAME on your paddle to avoid confusion and help with the flow of play.

SCHRC WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating in the use of the facilities, equipment, and services of the rec center facilities, I agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk:
I acknowledge and fully understand that participation in pickleball and other recreational activities at the Facility involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, equipment failure, heat stroke and potential exposure to communicable diseases, I voluntarily assume all such risks, known and unknown.
2. Release of Liability:
I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue SCHRC, its owners, employees, agents, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, losses, or liabilities for any injury, disability, death, or damage to person or property that may arise from or in connection with my use of the Facility or participation in any Facility-related activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
3. Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless SCHRC and its representatives from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of my participation in any activity at the Facility.
4. Medical Treatment:
In the event of an emergency, I consent to receive medical treatment deemed advisable by the Facility staff or emergency responders. I understand that I am responsible for all associated costs.
5. Photography/Video Release:
I grant permission for the Facility to use photographs or video taken of me for promotional or educational purposes without compensation.
6. Rules and Conduct:
I agree to abide by all posted rules and regulations of the Facility and to follow the instructions of Facility staff at all times.
