⭐SLOT ALLOCATION
- Priority may be given to regular ATP Players when applicable. Remaining slots will be opened to all other participants.

❌CANCELLATION & SLOT TRANSFER
- Payment are non-refundable
- If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your slot to another player.
- Please notify the organizers before the event so we can update the participants list.
- Any payment or reimbursement between you and your replacement is a private arrangement. The organizers are not involved and will not mediate or assume responsibility for any agreement between players.
