3. Register for the event through Reclub.
4. Please wait for your registration to be accepted before making any payment.
5. Once accepted, send your payment via:

6. Upload your proof of payment through Reclub or send it via our FB Community Chat.
7. Payment must be completed within 24 hours of acceptance to secure your slot. Unpaid registrations may be moved to the waitlist.

🌱 Event Guidelines

* This event is open for Novice to Intermediate-Low players.
* Slots will be limited to 24 players only.
* All participants must be members of The Garden DUPR Club before the event starts.
* Matches will be recorded and submitted to DUPR.
* Please arrive 15–30 minutes before your scheduled match time for check-in and warm-up.
* Players are expected to observe good sportsmanship and respect all staffs, opponents, and fellow participants.

* No refunds.
* If you're unable to attend, you may transfer your slot to another eligible player. Please notify us beforehand.
* Waitlisted players will be contacted if a slot becomes available.
* Players must check in before their first scheduled match.
