1. EVENT DETAILS

Choose your preferred Open Play Format:

☀️DUPR (NR–3.5+) - ₱280

• For players with a DUPR rating, with limited Non-Rated (NR) players accepted
• DUPR-eligible and reliable matches will be recorded and submitted

☀️Regular Open Play (All Levels w/ Levelling depending on # of players) - ₱180

• Open to all skill levels
• Friendly games with skill-based matchmaking using PickleQ

Inclusions:
💧 Free water & ice
🥖 Pandesal + palaman
🥤 Please bring your own paddle and tumbler

2. HOW IT WORKS

DUPR

• Players will be matched using PickleQ to create balanced and competitive games.
• All rated/non-rated players must have a DUPR account properly connected/synced to their Reclub profile.
• Limited NR (Non-Rated) players are welcome.
• Eligible match results will be submitted to DUPR.

REGULAR OPEN PLAY

• Players will be matched using PickleQ throughout the session to create balanced, enjoyable, and competitive games based on skill level.
• Matchmaking is based on your current skill level.

3. UPON ARRIVAL

✅ Look for Francee, your host, to check in.
✅ DUPR players must report their final scores accurately after each game.

5. PICKLEDOME BOOKING & PAYMENT GUIDELINES

🚨 SLOTS ARE NOT AUTO-APPROVED.

Players who register will initially appear in the Waitlist. Payment should only be made while your name is in the Waitlist. Once your payment has been verified, you will be moved to the Confirmed section.

💳 PAYMENT CONFIRMS YOUR SLOT

Waitlist → Pay → Payment Verified → Confirmed

⚠️ Only paid players will be placed in the Confirmed section. If you are not listed in the Waitlist, please do not send payment.

💳 Pickledome is a cashless venue — digital payments only.

6. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

• No cancellations once paid.
• All payments are non-refundable.
• If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your paid slot to another player, but you are responsible for finding your own replacement.
• Please inform Pickledome if your slot is transferred.
• No replacement = No refund.

7. CANCELLATION FREEZE

Once the cancellation freeze begins before the start of the meet, any player with a confirmed slot who cancels or is unable to attend is still required to pay for the reserved slot.
