💳 Refund & Cancellation Policy
No Refunds: Payments are strictly non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend due to unexpected circumstance, please inform us at least 3 hours before the session. Your payment will be credited and can be used for your next Open Play session.

❌ No-shows without prior notice will forfeit their payment and will not be prioritized for future Open Play reservations.

🚘 Parking Info - Parking is available in the Open Parking Area (Park at your own risk).
Slots are on a first-come, first-served basis.

🤫 Village Etiquette - Our courts are located inside a residential village. Please observe noise guidelines and keep cheer volume respectful at all times.

PLAYER CONDUCT

To keep Open Play safe, fun, and welcoming, all players are expected to:

Treat fellow players, staff, coaches, and facility personnel with respect and courtesy.
Practice good sportsmanship at all times.
Avoid disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate conduct.

Serious or unacceptable behavior may result in immediate removal from the session.

By registering for or participating in ROAST & DINK CLUB Open Play session, you agree to the following:

Data Privacy & Media Consent

ROAST & DINK CLUB may collect and process your personal information for registration, scheduling, and event management purposes.

You also consent to photos and videos taken during Open Play being used for promotional, marketing, social media, and documentation purposes.

Compliance with House Rules

All participants agree to follow ROAST & DINK CLUB’s rules, policies, and guidelines.

Management reserves the right to modify or update these rules at any time without prior notice.

Release of Liability — Play at Your Own Risk

Participation in ROAST & DINK CLUB activities is voluntary and at your own risk.

ROAST & DINK CLUB, including its owners, organizers, staff, coaches, and representatives, will not be held liable for any injury, accident, illness, loss, theft, or damage occurring before, during, or after participation.

Each player is responsible for their own health, safety, personal belongings, and overall well-being while on the premises.

To maintain a safe and positive environment, ROAST & DINK CLUB Management may:

Give verbal or written warnings.
Remove participants from a session without a refund.
Suspend, ban, or block players from future bookings for violating these guidelines or engaging in unacceptable behavior.
