🎾 Game Format

* PickleQ will be used to ensure fair court rotations and balanced matchups throughout the session.
* Mixed-level open play.
* Games are played to 11 points.
* No court switching.
* The starting server will be determined by Rock, Paper, Scissors (no “play for serve”).

📌 Registration & House Rules

1. Slots are confirmed on a first-paid, first-served basis. Payment is required to secure your spot.
2. Waitlisted players will only be confirmed if payment has been received.
3. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may receive fewer games.
5. Respect every player. Good sportsmanship and positive vibes are expected at all times.

📩 After sending your payment, please send us a screenshot of your proof of payment to confirm your slot. Players without confirmed payment will not be guaranteed a slot.


Registration fees are non-refundable but transferable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your slot to another player.
7. Full payment must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled
session. Unpaid reservations may be released to waitlisted players.

8. Rain Policy: If play is cancelled due to inclement weather before or during the session, players will be asked to transfer their registration to the rescheduled session.

9. Players participate at their own risk. By joining the event, participants agree that the organizers, admins, and Paddle and purpose shall not be held liable incurred during the event.
