📣 GUIDED DRILLS - BEGINNER FRIENDLY (SERVE, RETURN & POSITIONING) by Coach Yippii

📣 SERVE, RETURN & POSITIONING by Coach Yippii

🎯 Goal

Welcome to Herz & fem Beginner Coaching Session! 🤗

This session is specially designed for beginners who want to understand the basics of serve, return and court positioning — so you can move with more confidence instead of staying at the baseline throughout the rally.

We’ll focus on an important beginner habit: after returning the serve, move forward towards the kitchen line. On the serving side, you’ll learn why you should serve and stay, rather than rushing forward immediately.

You’ll also work on footwork and hand-eye coordination to help you move better, react faster and feel more comfortable on court. 🎾
