Rules and Regulations
a) RSVP
- RSVP must be made 2 days before the game by 10:00 PM.
- ⁠Once the slots are full, they are strictly full — no walk-ins or last-minute add-ons.
- Host reserve rights to approve players.

WAITLISTED - Please pay to get a confirmed spot to play
ON HOLD - Full house & Do not pay

b) Payment
- Payment is required 2 days before the game.
- Please pay once you are on the wait-list.
- ⁠RSVP is not auto-approved until payment is made.

c) Cancellation Policy
- Refundable if cancelled more than 48 hours before the game.
- ⁠Non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours.
- ⁠Inform the host immediately of any cancellations and update your status so the waiting list can be activated.
- ⁠A 24-hour cancellation freeze applies before game time.
- Any dropout during this period will still need to pay court fees.
- No-shows or unpaid RSVPs without notice will be banned from future events as this disrupts the auto-generated match schedules.
