Practise alongside 4.0 tournament podium players, improve your consistency and exchange tips and experiences while working on different techniques together.

Drill Focus May Include:

1. Forehand & Drives – Improve shot technique, accuracy and consistency.
2. Cross-Court Dinking – Develop better touch, control and placement.
3. Volleys & Blocks – Improve reaction time, paddle positioning and defence.
