• Players who fail to attend their scheduled games will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
• Cancellation fees are non-refundable; however, registered slots may be transferred to another player.

• Player of the Game and Top players will be announced after the session, followed by the awarding ceremony and group photo. Players who leave early will forfeit their eligibility for all prizes.
