ReClub Open Play Slot Reservation Guidelines

To ensure a smooth and organized reservation process, please observe the following guidelines:

1. Payment First Policy
- Reservations are processed on a payment-first basis. Payment must be completed before your slot can be confirmed.

2. Payment Mode
- Payment must be made via GCash.

Open Play Rates
• ₱160.00 - Non-Member
• ₱130.00 - Member

3. Proof of Payment Required
- After completing your payment, please send a clear proof of payment through ReClub or Messenger. Your reservation request will only be accepted and confirmed once your proof of payment has been verified.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- If you need to cancel your reservation, the following refund policy shall apply:
*Two (2) days before the Open Play: 100% refund
*One (1) day before the Open Play: 50% refund
*On the day of the Open Play: No refund

5. Substitution Policy
- If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your reserved slot to another player. Please notify the organizer in advance and provide the substitute player's name. The substitute will only be allowed to participate once the organizer has confirmed the change.

6. Player Arrival and Grace Period
- Confirmed players are expected to arrive on time. A grace period of one (1) hour and thirty (30) minutes will be given. If a confirmed player fails to arrive within the grace period, their slot will be forfeited and offered to a waitlisted player.
