PICKLEBALL OPEN PLAY GUIDELINES

This activity is organized as a fundraising event for LDC CYAF while bringing everyone together for fun, fellowship, and friendly competition. 💙

🏓 GAME FORMAT
• Doubles format
• Games will be played to 11 points
• Win by 1
• Players will rotate partners and opponents throughout the session
• Court assignments and rotation will be followed to maximize everyone’s playing time
• Please be ready when your name is called
• Warm-up should be kept brief to give everyone more game time

🔄 COURT ROTATION
• We have 2 courts for 3 hours, so everyone is encouraged to cooperate with the rotation system
• Players waiting for their turn should stay near the court
• After each game, players must immediately update/complete their game and proceed with the next rotation
• Please avoid unnecessary delays between matches

🤝 SPORTSMANSHIP & ETIQUETTE
• Make honest line calls
• When in doubt, give the benefit of the doubt to your opponent
• Respect your partner, opponents, organizers, and fellow players
• No arguing over calls or scores
• Encourage beginners and fellow players
• Keep the games competitive but FRIENDLY
• Most importantly—have fun! 🙌

🏆 REMINDER
This is an Open Play Fundraiser, not a tournament. While we all love to win, our bigger purpose is to support LDC CYAF and enjoy fellowship through pickleball.

PLAY WITH PURPOSE.
DINK FOR A CAUSE.
FELLOWSHIP THROUGH EVERY RALLY. 🏓❤️
