Aspire Pro will only cancel the Open Play if the courts become completely unplayable or if the surrounding roads are officially impassable.

🔄 Slot Transfer Allowed

If you are unable to attend due to weather or any other reason, you may sell or transfer your slot to another player. Please inform us so we can arrange the player lineup accordingly.

🏓 Court Setup

* 2 courts will be used
* Maximum of 20 players per Open Play
* Additional courts may be added depending on demand and availability

Important Reminders

* Please provide your proof of payment when submitting your request.
* FIRST TO PAY = FIRST CONFIRMED. We strictly implement a first-to-pay policy, so your slot is only guaranteed once payment has been received.

Match Queue & Partnering

* We will be using the PickleQ app for our stacking queue.
* If you would like to play with a specific partner throughout the session, please let us know before the games start so we can pair you together for the entire Open Play. Otherwise, partners and matchups will follow the PickleQ queue.
