Training Theme 3 of 4 — OWN THE KITCHEN🔥

This is not coaching and not social play.

I’ll facilitate the session, manage the drill flow, rotations and pace — while training alongside everyone.

🟢 HOUR 1 — DINKS
• Practice offensive and defensive dinking with control, depth and direction
• Challenge consistency and placement with target-based dink games
• Apply it in live kitchen play focused on patience, movement and shot selection

🔵 HOUR 2 — SPEED-UPS + COUNTERS
• Practice initiating controlled speed-ups and defending with blocks or counters
• Challenge reaction, placement and decision-making under faster exchanges
• Apply it in live kitchen battles where points can open up naturally
