💳 PAYMENT & SLOT CONFIRMATION POLICY

Please read before reserving your slot.

* Reserving a slot on Reclub does not automatically guarantee your spot. Please settle your payment and send proof of payment to the organizers for confirmation.
* If you intend to pay in cash, please inform the organizers in advance and confirm your commitment to attend. Your slot must be acknowledged by the organizers.
* Please reserve only if you are certain you can attend. Unpaid or unconfirmed reservations may be released to players on the waitlist.
* NO-SHOWS ARE NOT EXEMPT FROM PAYMENT. Players who secure a slot but fail to attend are still responsible for the open play fee. Please notify the organizers as early as possible if you can no longer make it.

We enforce this policy to keep slot reservations fair, prevent last-minute vacancies, and give everyone a proper chance to play.
