OPEN PLAY GUIDELINES & HOW TO JOIN

FIRST PAY, FIRST CONFIRMED

Slots are secured on a first pay, first confirmed basis. Your slot is only locked in once your payment has been received and verified.

1. Check Slot Availability
Please make sure that slots are available before proceeding with payment.

2. Proceed with Payment
Please wait to be officially waitlisted before proceeding to payment. If you are not confirmed for a slot or placed on the waitlist, DO NOT SEND PAYMENT YET.

Once you have been confirmed or officially waitlisted, proceed to the Payment Tab and upload your proof of payment.

Please wait for confirmation from Mahusay Pickleball before making any payment to avoid confusion and payment issues.

3. Cashless Transactions Only
Payments may be made through MariBank and/or GCash using the payment details provided in the Payment Tab.

No payment will be collected at the event. All payments must be completed in advance to secure your slot.

4. Slot Confirmation
FIRST PAY, FIRST CONFIRMED. Your slot will be considered CONFIRMED and SECURED once your payment has been received and verified.

5. Confirmed but Unpaid Slots
We may initially confirm your slot even without payment. However, your slot is not locked in until payment is received.

Unpaid slots may be given to players on the waitlist who complete their payment first.

6. Waitlist
If the Open Play is full, please wait to be officially placed on the waitlist before making any payment.

Do not pay if you are not confirmed or officially waitlisted. Please wait for instructions from Mahusay Pickleball before sending payment to prevent confusion, duplicate payments, or payment allocation issues.

If a slot becomes available, waitlisted players will be contacted and instructed when to proceed with payment.
