​📌 REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

​1. To be officially confirmed and tagged as "Paid," please UPLOAD a clear copy of your RECEIPT with reference number to the PAYMENTS TAB or EVENT GC.

2. Once the admin confirmed your payment, your request will be accepted.

Please DO NOT upload receipts using direct/private messages. I receive many messages and it is difficult for me to determine which OP date to apply the payment.

3. When we reach the maximum player limit, unpaid participants will be moved to the Waitlist to accommodate those ready to pay.

​4. In case of overbooking, we will prioritize those who paid earlier. We will be strict in the maximum number of participants to optimize rotation and lessen waiting time between games.

​5. If you paid but didn't make the cut-off:
​Your payment can be applied to a future Open Play date ​or, you can request a full refund.

​Rotations: Managed via app similar to pickleq
Matching Mode: Auto-Balanced
​Match: First to 11 points.
​Deuce: Sudden death at 11 points.
