NEW BOOKING GUIDELINES FOR OPEN PLAY

Our Open Play sessions have been filling up almost every weekend—thank you so much for the incredible support! 🎉

To help us prevent no-shows and keep games running smoothly without long wait times, we are switching to a Payment First system.

🏓 HERE'S HOW TO JOIN:

1. Tap "REQUEST TO JOIN" and we will place on the waitlist.

2. Please send payment via GCash and upload your receipt in the Payment Tab.

* Gcash Number: 09369595004
* Name: John Regison T.

3. You're confirmed to play! - Only players with verified payments will be moved from waitlist to confirmed.

🏓 Important Reminder: Please DO NOT pay if there are no open slots on the confirmed list. We won't be able to accommodate walk-ins or extra players beyond the confirmed list to keep rotations fair.

🏓Other Reminders:

🏓 Paying in cash?
Just message us in the session's group chat or in our Facebook page *The Pickle Yard Dasma* and we'll approve your join request.

🏓 Paying for friends?
You can upload one receipt under the *Payment Tab*. Once you are confirmed to play, you can tap "Request +1" and enter their names. We will add them to the confirmed list.

🏓 Walk-ins are always welcome, subject to slot availability.

⏰ Rescheduling Policy:
Any request to reschedule must be made at least 12 hours before the playtime. Otherwise, the slot will be considered forfeited.

🏓 WAIVER 🏓
By joining this event, players understand and acknowledge that pickleball involves physical activity and inherent risks. Participants voluntarily assume all risks and agree that The Pickle Yard Dasma, its organizers, and staff shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses incurred during play.

Let's keep games competitive, respectful, and fun for everyone. See you on the court! 🔥
