2. Payment must be made first before your slot can be confirmed.
3. Once payment is completed, upload your proof of payment in the game chat.
4. For cash payments, please indicate in the game chat that you will be paying in cash.

❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. To help us manage the slots fairly:
* If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 8 hours before the scheduled game so we have enough time to open your slot to other players.
* No refunds for late cancellations or missed games.
* If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to send someone else to play in your place. Please inform us in the game chat so we can update the player list.

* Games will be played up to 11 points.
* Match rotation will be facilitated to ensure fair play

By joining, players acknowledge that pickleball is a physical activity with inherent risks. Players voluntarily assume these risks and agree that P-Spot Pickleball Court, its organizers, and staff are not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses incurred during play, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
