I’m preparing for upcoming tournaments and hosting these sessions to gain match experience against different players and playing styles. Expect a friendly but competitive singles match where we can enjoy great rallies, challenge each other, and improve our games!

Beat me in our best-of-three-set match and I’ll refund 100% of your total payment! A little extra motivation for both of us to bring our A-game.

🎾 Match Format & Rules

⏱️ Court Time: Strictly 2 Hours

We have a maximum of 2 hours, including warm-up, match play, and breaks. Our goal is to complete the match within this time. Scoring adjustments may apply if sets take longer than expected.

* Warm-up: Five minutes on court. Please complete your stretching and physical warm-up beforehand so we can maximize playing time.

* Match format: Best of three sets—the first player to win two sets wins the match, either 2–0 or 2–1.

* Set scoring: Standard tiebreak sets.

* First to six games with a two-game lead wins.

* At 5–5: Win the next two games to take the set 7–5.

* At 6–6: Play a tiebreak—first to seven points, winning by two. The winner takes the set 7–6.

* No-Ad scoring: At deuce, one deciding point wins the game. The receiver chooses which side to receive from.

⚡ Special Rule: Deciding Third Set (Time Adjustment)

Since we only have 2 hours, the third set format will depend on the remaining court time.

* If time permits: When the first two sets are split 1–1, we’ll play a full third set using the same scoring rules.

* If time is running short: For example, if the first two sets both reach 6–6 and require tiebreaks, we’ll replace the full third set with a deciding match tiebreak (first to 7 points, win by 2).

* The decision to use a match tiebreak will be made before starting the third set, based on the remaining court time.

* The deciding match tiebreak counts as the third set for this event. Its winner wins the match 2–1 and the friendly wager is settled accordingly.

🏆 If Someone Wins the First Two Sets (2–0)

The match ends immediately, and the wager is settled. If sufficient court time remains, we can play an additional practice set with no wager and no effect on the official match result.

🎾 Bonus Practice

If we finish early, we can continue playing practice games or additional sets until our booked court time ends. These will have no effect on the match result or wager.

⏳ Pacing & Breaks

* No scheduled rest breaks between games.

* Up to five minutes of rest between sets, depending on remaining time.

* We’ll prioritize completing the official match before any additional practice games.

* Please speak up whenever you need to pause for your well-being.

💵 Fee Inclusions

* New balls: Dunlop Australian Open—fixed brand, no substitutions.

* Court and lighting fees.

* Guest fee: Homeowners may deduct ₱120 from the total.

* Ball boy service: If unavailable, we’ll collect our own balls, and I’ll refund that portion of the fee.

📌 Important Notes

This is a friendly practice event with a competitive spirit. Please bring good sportsmanship, make fair line calls, and treat each other with respect.

Our 2-hour court limit is strictly enforced. We’ll do our best to finish the match within the allotted time, and the deciding tiebreak rule helps accommodate longer sets.

Play safely and within your limits. Please ensure you are fit to participate and have your own insurance or coverage. Participation is at your own risk.
