🎯 Goal

Welcome to Herz & fem Beginner Coaching Session! 🤗

This session is specially designed for beginners and ladies who are still building their pickleball foundation and want to improve their forehand technique, timing and confidence on court.

We’ll focus on the basics of forehand counters and smashes, helping you understand the correct technique, improve your hand-eye coordination and learn when to use these shots during a game.

Don’t worry if you’re still learning — we’ll take it step by step and give you plenty of time to practise! 🎾

📍 Location: Pickle Pop Club, Bukit Jalil
🏟️ Court: Community 2 & 3
👥 No. of Pax: 4 pax per court
💰 Fee: RM80 (Including court fee)

Training Agenda:
➡️ Forehand Counter
• Learn the basic forehand counter technique
• Improve timing, control and consistency
• Practise handling faster balls with confidence

➡️ Smash
• Learn the basic smash technique
• Improve timing and shot execution
• Understand when to use a smash during a rally

➡️ 30 Minutes Social Game
• Apply what we’ve learned during the guided drills
• Practise forehand counters and smashes in real game situations
• Build confidence through fun and friendly games

➡️ Please complete your payment as soon as possible once you’re on the waiting list to secure your spot. Slots are confirmed on a first paid, first served basis.


Cancellation Policy:
➡️ Please inform the host if you’re unable to attend and update your status accordingly. This allows players on the waiting list to take your place.
➡️ Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the session is non-refundable.
