🔒 Skills Lab: 3rd Shot Drop

🔒 THE #LOCKEDIN SKILLS LAB

Week 2 of 6: 3rd Shot Drop

The 3rd shot is your ticket to the kitchen. Learn how to drop it soft and take control of the point.

🎯 What you'll learn
• Drop techniques for a softer, more controlled ball that lands in the kitchen
• How to read the return and pick the right height and target for your drop
• Common mistakes to avoid and how to correct them
• Footwork and positioning as you move up to the kitchen after your drop

👥 Who it's for
Beginners to intermediate players who want to build a stronger technical foundation, understand the mechanics behind their drops, and learn how to execute these shots with greater confidence and consistency.

🎾 Learn the skill. Then lock it in.
The #LockedIn Skills Lab is a focused 1-hour session designed to break down the techniques behind each week's topic. Learn the how and why behind the shots before putting them into practice.

Pair it with our #LockedIn Series Signature Drills session to reinforce what you've learned through structured, coach-led repetitions.
