• If you can no longer come: you MUST find a replacement before the game starts.

• Your replacement must also be within the same skill level range.

• Failure to secure a replacement means your slot will still be charged.

• No-shows without prior notice & replacement will be marked accordingly for future events.

🎯 WHO THIS IS FOR

• Open to High Novice → Intermediate players only (approx. skill levels 2.5–3.5)

• This session is designed for those ready to grow, practice, and level up together!

⏰ ON-TIME GUIDELINES

• Please arrive 15–20 minutes early for warm-ups & check-in

• Play starts promptly at 4:00pm, latecomers may forfeit their warm-up or first match

• If running late, message us immediately — but your slot & payment still stand
