CANCELLATION POLICY
- No cancellations allowed.
- No refunds. Only slot transfer is possible.
- Slot transfer is allowed at least 2hrs before the meet starts. Player will be responsible in finding a replacement.
- Slots cannot be carried over to next meet if there is no replacement player.
- For slot transfer, no refunds will be coming from SPPA. Refunds will be coming from the replacement player.
