MATCHES & DUPR
All levels welcome · DUPR-recorded levelled doubles · rotating partners via Pickler Lobby.
Games to 11 points: first team to 11 wins, strictly no deuce or win-by-two.
Franklin X-40 balls will be used.
Players are encouraged to have a DUPR account and link it to Reclub before attending. The Pikol Express team will record match scores and submit results to DUPR.
Fixed-pair requests will not be accepted for this 2-court session. Partners will rotate.

PIKOL EXPRESS RATES
₱210 super early bird: payment AND proof by 11:59 PM on Wednesday, Nov 4, 2026.
₱220 early bird: after the SEB cutoff; payment AND proof by 11:59 PM on Tuesday, Nov 10, 2026.
₱230 same-day: from 12:00 AM on Wednesday, Nov 11, 2026.
Payment and proof must both be submitted by the applicable cutoff to qualify for that rate.

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
Send a join request through Reclub and wait for approval before paying. Send payment proof to the admins with your Reclub name and the Nov 11 session date. Your slot is confirmed only after payment is received and acknowledged. Reclub approval alone does not confirm a slot. Pay before play.

SEPARATE VENUE FEE & HYDRATION
Sta. Lucia charges a separate ₱50 player fee per person. This is NOT included in the Reclub price or Pikol Express rate. Pay upon entry; the Pikol Express team will be happy to assist on arrival.
Water and ice are provided at the venue. Bring your own water tumbler.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS
Pikol Express payments are non-refundable; no general credits are issued.
Transfer a paid slot to another player for this same session: send the replacement player's name to the organisers by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, Nov 11, 2026, at least four hours before play.
Move your own paid slot to another Pikol Express session: request by 9:00 PM on Tuesday, Nov 10, 2026, at least 24 hours before this session, subject to availability.
Walk-ins may join only with organiser confirmation and must pay before playing.
